I believe we are shaped by our relationships—both the ones we were born into and the ones we choose—and that these connections leave an enduring imprint on how we understand ourselves and move through the world.   I believe that healing begins when we can safely revisit these early templates, examine the stories we've inherited, and begin to re-author them from a place of compassion, curiosity, and vulnerability. 

Whether you're navigating a life transition, exploring questions of identity, coping with anxiety or depression, or working through the lasting effects of trauma, I believe therapy can be a powerful space for healing, empowerment, and transformation. My work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen and understood within the full complexity of their identities and experiences. As a queer-identified therapist, I have particular passion and experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals, and strive to center the ways our intersecting identities shape our emotional lives and relationships.   My approach is rooted in anti-racist, decolonizing,  and affirming values, with a deep commitment to dismantling oppressive constructs and systems of care. 

In our sessions, I aim to cultivate a therapeutic space that is safe but never stagnant—one that is warm, affirming, challenging when needed, and even occasionally lighthearted. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and it would be an honor to support you as you explore, unearth, and grow into the most authentic version of yourself, and to support you as you grow toward the life, relationships, and self-understanding you deserve.
