Supervision

I am approved by the California Board of Psychology as a supervisor for psychological associates, associate marriage and family therapists (AMFTs), associate professional clinical counselors (APCCs), and associate clinical social workers (ASWs), drawing on extensive training and years of experience in both individual and group supervisory settings.

 My supervision style is grounded in developmental theory, meeting each associate where they are in their professional journey while supporting growth in clinical skill, self-awareness, and ethical practice. I emphasize culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, fostering an environment where diverse identities and perspectives are honored and integrated into the therapeutic work. Associates can expect thoughtful, constructive, and respectful feedback that is both challenging and supportive. 

I believe supervision should be a collaborative and safe space where clinical curiosity is encouraged, vulnerability is met with care, and accountability is seen as part of professional integrity. My goal is to help emerging clinicians build confidence, deepen their therapeutic presence, and practice with competence, compassion, and authenticity. 

 I offer consultation services for mental health professionals and organizations seeking guidance in building and growing sustainable, values-aligned therapy practices. With several years of experience running a successful, high-volume private practice, I support clinicians in launching solo practices, developing training programs, managing multidisciplinary teams, and optimizing clinical operations.
